According to People magazine, Chicago attorney Stuart V. Goldberg met with Lohan, her mother Dina and younger sister Ali at Lohan's West Hollywood apartment this week after the "Mean Girls" star was dropped by her former attorney, and he came away concerned that his potential client is living in a fantasy world.
"My impression of Lindsay is that she's a fragile lost child -- a sleeping beauty with her head in the sand. I found her not fully forewarned of the consequence of her actions," Goldberg reportedly told the magazine. "I'm concerned that she's not disciplined or tethered enough to the reality of adult consequences. ... She doesn't seem to have the awareness of what's going to befall her."
Criminal defense attorney Goldberg was contacted after Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, quit the case following the backlash against the 24-year-old actress' actions and alleged comments following her sentencing, which included revelations that she had the phrase "f--- u" stenciled on her middle fingernail during the court appearance.
